Travel Insurance
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for every guest travelling with Barabara Voyagers. Your policy must cover medical expenses, emergency evacuation from remote areas, trip cancellation and curtailment, and personal liability. We are happy to recommend trusted providers experienced with East African safaris.
Our Responsibilities & Limits
Barabara Voyagers curates every itinerary in partnership with reputable lodges, camps, guides and transport operators across Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. While we uphold the highest standards in supplier selection, we act as an agent and cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our direct control, including:
- Weather disruptions affecting game drives, flights or road transfers.
- Wildlife sightings — the bush is wild, and nature cannot be guaranteed.
- Flight delays, rerouting or cancellations by scheduled or charter airlines.
- Political events, civil unrest, pandemics or other force majeure circumstances.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any dispute arising from a booking with Barabara Voyagers shall be settled amicably where possible, and failing that, referred to the courts of Nairobi.
